Anti-run on valve

I am in the final stages of wiring my rebuild 76 Spit. Can't find the 
anti-run on valve.I have the white and blue wire to it so I  know  the rough 
vacinity it should be but cannot find the part in the rimmer book or moss 
catalog 
can anybody tell me: 
do I need one? 
where can I find one?
