I need some opinions, please. My Mk IV has recently developed an annoying
habit. Occasionaly (& I stress the occasionaly part), it seems to lock into
3rd gear. After a bit of lever wiggling, it then goes smoothly into 4th. It
doesn't happen all of the time, & doesn't seem to depend on operating
temperature. Any ideas? Linkage needs work?
