I too got the same feeling and treatment. After reading all the threads about 
supporting TRF, and helping him keeping it alive. I tried to contact them to 
get a "Spitfire" catalog, and was told none were available, and did not know 
when they would have one. I was told to make a list of parts needed, fax it, 
and they would get back to me..BZZZZZ! Wrong. Spitbits got my business that 
time.
