Carter, on the left side of the frame, forward of the bulkhead, is a welded 
on tag that has the commission number tag stamped in it. This tag should not

be removed, and although it seems like a good idea to save the commission 
number tags & plate off of the body, it is not. It is illegal (federal 
offense) to put them on another car or body. I did so once, and if you want 
full details on exactly how illegal it is, just ask me.
