I was going to say DUH' but then realized how many things I don't know. The rotor spins around and points to the wire when a particular cylinder has to fire. Since a cylinder fires only once every two revolutions then the distributor spins at one half the engine crank RPM. thats the way with all distributor fired engines. smarty pants arthur |
