I'm greasing my Spitfire today and noticed that there was a grounding strap
of some sort attached, held by the steering rack grease nut. The wire has
been cut and I'm wondering what its purpose was and where it is supposed to
be connected. I'd like to reconnect it but I'd like to know where to and
exactly what this ground strap was for.
