Title Problems

To all on the list who responded on and off list to my title problem:

Thanks very much!  I have learned a lot.  When I decide what action to take
and the resolution to solve the problem, I will respond back and let you
know.  If I can't easily (and cheaply) title it, I will have a bunch of
parts to sell you guys.  I'll probably sell the hardtop anyway.  Anyone
looking for a winter project?
