Aidan,
Spitfire Graveyard, in Sheffield, advertise 'air
boxes'for sale at £10 (0114 2700886/2786260).
Also, I was talking to a man in Stafford who has just
bought a Mk2 for breaking - try David on 01905 350503.

836060. No particular preference for any suppliers.
The correct one for the Mk2 has the rectangular cut
outs for the air intake on the bottom of the cover,
and the pipe for the crank case breather on the
backplate. Mk3's do not have the c/case breather pipe,
and have the holes for the air intake on the top of
the cover.
