I have a trick for cutting the whole in the dash.  You need those saw drill
atachments.  You then select a big ring and drill into the dash a littel.
Then the next size down is selected and you drill all the way though.  The
drill in the center keeps it perfectly  in place.  All you then need to do
is to cut out the ring between the big and small holes.
