The lines out of the ABS are all past the controller valves and aren't
pressurized. You can remove ALL of the brake lines and not disturb the ABS unit.

But, are you not going to get air in the ABS system whenyou pull 
a line out ot the front valves?  Thereby, requiring the use of the 
Thexton unit.
