I did one garage with grit (flakes) and the other without. The grit
definitely adds traction, I feel more than once on the smooth one. As you
said the smooth cleaned up much easier, in particular, it was simple to
spray and squeegee clean. If I did it again I=E2=80=99d go with light grit=
as I
get old and bounce less.
