That looks really cool! Wish I could afford one & have enough use for it to b=
e feasible. I hope the unit lasts long enough to get your $$ worth.=20

While watching the clip of cleaning what looked to be a pewter or aluminum v=
essel, I wondered if it could be used to clean up oxidized aluminum carburet=
ors like old SU or Hitachi without removing enough material to make them use=
less. Must the laser be at right angles to the work?

I found a vendor that youtubers had purchased from with good luck. After as=
king them questions, they were happy to point me to their source. http://ww=
w.fortunelaser.com/

The first thing I found, was that this is a Chinese company and I was VERY h=
esitant to do business there.

I contacted their sales staff and found Jason, an amazingly patient and quit=
e well-spoken rep that took time to promptly address all my questions. I fi=
nally settled on the laser that seemed to be right for me. At nearly $10,00=
0 (with shipping) it wasn=E2=80=99t a casual purchase. But I figured, hell,=

Then I found out that I must do a wire transfer to a Chinese bank and a PO t=
o complete a purchase. No credit card protection or anything like that. I w=
as VERY concerned.

Then fate dealt me a small windfall and I decided that I would take a chance=
. So I did the deal. Then, when the laser finally arrived, it was damaged!=
(Clearing in shipping.) However, Jason, worked with me 100%. First, hey s=
ent me a new power supply, but when I put that in, there were other issues. =
We tried local troubleshooting over email. No joy. It was decided that I w=
ould ship the unit back (at their cost) and they would send a new one. Agai=
n, I was VERY concerned. However, during every step of the way, Jason answe=
red questions, gave me updates and did 100% of what he said he would.

So how does it work? I don=E2=80=99t even know where to start. It cleans A=
NYTHING. Hell, I even tried it as a laser hair removal system on my arm (wh=
ich it so far seems to work.) It will take plating off base metals. Ink of=
f off paper, paint off of metal, vaporize anything between the laser and sur=
face.

Here are some videos of it from me=E2=80=A6

The videos didn=E2=80=99t come out that well, and I=E2=80=99m not that exper=
ienced with it. There are tons of settings with it to control how much =E2=80=
=98removal=E2=80=99 you get. But it is super easy to try things as long as y=
ou can keep it at the right focal point.

If any of you are near NJ and want to come and try it out, just let me know.=
There are many different types of lasers (pulse and continuous), power lev=
els, 100W to 3000w, and some even can weld and cut also! So there is a lot t=
o learn about this new technology.

PLEASE read this next part carefully=E2=80=A6

If you want to buy one for yourself (the prices are coming down) please feel=
free to contact Jason at jason@fortunelaser.com and tell him I sent you. =
He will be more than happy to help. I do not get ANY consideration if you d=
o this. HOWEVER, if you are not comfortable dealing oversees and making hug=
e bank transfers to China, not to mention that you need to be a business or g=
et hit with tariffs on their end. I will be more than happy to be an interme=
diary. But I would charge a small percentage for my effort, time, and risk.=

But feel free to ask me any questions, come over and try it out on your own p=
rojects, or contact Jason directly.

These lasers really are the future!

Moose
