Ok, that helps explain things. Most lights marked T5 are intended to go into florescent fixtures, this one does not. I looked up that model number & came up with a listing on eBay that shows that there is a 3-pin connector on one end of the light. There appears to be a wiring diagram on the back of the lamp but it doesn't show which pin is which. Hopefully you can find a power cord that matches your lamps so you can figure out which pin is which.
