House has gas with a "T" in the line for the water heater. The gas line wil=
l be 10-12'.
It is a good sized house with two full bathrooms. I want to make sure that =
the water heater is big enough for a family when we finally sell.
Would a slightly smaller sized tank make that much different in the price t=
hough?

That seem within reason, but need more data. Do you already have other gas=
appliances? If so, how far will new gas lines need to be run? That is a =
HUGE water heater, are you sure you need 75 gallons? We went from a 60 Gal=
lon electric to a 50 gallon gas and were quite happy, the gas heater recove=
red much faster than the electric one.

thanks
