I have a Fluke, Harbor Freight, Radio Shack and a few kits I built many years 
ago. The Harbor Freight one gets the most use. Probably because I don't care if 
I drop it, loose it or smoke it by screwing up. A new one costs less than 
lunch, or even a soda with a coupon. YMMV.
