Jim - If you want cheap, how about a 11 ft. 4" x 18 ft. 6" Reflective 
Heavy Duty Silver Tarp from Harbor Freight.  Item #47676 for $21.99 
each.  For a little more, 15 ft. 2'' x 19 ft. 6'' Reflective Heavy Duty 
Silver Tarp, Item #47677 for $29.99.  A pair should cover a good chunk 
of the garage.

For a sheet product that is cheap, look at 1/8 in. 4 ft. x 8 Ft. 
Tempered Hardboard.  Home Depot has it at $6.98 a sheet.  Not sure how 
much it will sag, but you are not likely to find much cheaper.
