I'm not aware of any.  But I found it very easy to make one out of Delrin
rod.  Drill to slightly smaller than your ball, then use a die grinder or
Dremel with a ball-end burr to open up the interior of the hole some.
Doesn't need to be perfect.  Then turn a ball on the end of your screw, and
force it into the hole.
