[Shop-talk] Sebastian lathe?

So I Googled, and I read the lathes.co.uk site, and I still don't have 
an answer--do they make good lathes, or should I wait for something 
better to come around?  He doesn't know which one it is, I think, but it 
appears to be circa-1940s.
