Actually I haven't seen it on TV, because I don't watch TV, but I think
you're talking about spray polyurethane foam. You could probably talk to
an industrial roofing contractor or roofing supplier about purchasing
some, but it won't be cheap. It's pretty nasty stuff, like Great Stuff
foam in a can on steroids. You don't want to wear any clothes you plan
on keeping if you use it.
