We have three grills - an MHP natural gas grill , CaharBroilB propane
grillB and a Weber kettle charcoal grill.B The CharBroil propane grill never
really gets hot even enough, but both the charcoal and the natural gas grills
get extremely hot - sometimes too hot.B The MHP natural gas grill gets hot
enough that I rarely cook with it on high.

I think the suggestion someone else made to check your gas line first is the
best first step.B I assume you checked the burners and gas lines in your
grill.B If you decide to replace your grill, I highly recommend the MHP.B
Our first lasted 13 years, this one is going on 10.B Unless they upgraded
their line they are pretty basic, but the cook great.

Good luck.

Tom

Did you ever investigate the size of your line and the pressure? B Or
if the grill has the right orrifices for
natural gas?
