Trying to flush mud out of a tank through a small hole in the bottom doesn't 
sound like a good plan to me.  I'd rather drain the tank via siphon, remove 
the tank, and hose it out through the filler.  That's what I've done every 
time I've had to clean a tank out of mud or leaves or whatever was in there 
that shouldn't have been.
