myself some years ago -
1 - why use such thick/heavy plywood?
- - - 1/4, 3/8 is quite hefty enough
- - - use 3/4 square on inside corners
2 - hang a metal 'shield' at the back
- - - the blast medium rapidly wears away wood
3 - use a bright light inside
4 - use plastic shields on the inside of the glass
- - - and change often
5 - be prepared for blast medium everywhere
- - - even vacuum filters don't stop this
- - - and glass beads on the floor are like walking on ice
6 - put wheels on the back legs - you will want to move it
- - - and in Doug's nice garage use it outside!
