In an effort to fund my new shop:
I am slowly learning how to deal with the scrap yards, but they are not
very forthcoming on info.
Apparently aluminum is classed different ways, here its either "clean" or
"dirty"
depending on whether there are extra metal parts attached.
thus a head is dirty unless you remove the cam, valves, and studs.
any one care to broaden my knowledge on this?
I found out today the cat converters have scrap value.. what else am I
missing?
