craftsman floor jack problem

Hey guys,

I've got a craftsman 3= ton floor jack... model 214.50135...probably 6 years
old

It's getting where it won't lift to full height...  I figure it's low on oil
but can't find the fill port.  Anyone know where it is or have a owners manual
on this jack they could zerox or scan showing the fill port...
