Thanks for all of your tips.
The original installer did not use spacers when he installed the tiles so I
am stuck with spacing that varies. My grout removal tool kit now uses a
grout saw, a hacksaw blade, a can opener (church key), dental picks (yes
some of the spacing is so narrow that the only thing i can get is a dental
pick), and knife.
It is going to be along weekend. I will try to find the appropriate Dremel
tool bit today.
