Those cheap Chinese specials sold by the likes of Harbor Freight and
others tend to be quite decent units.  You can find them for even
cheaper at the large car shows.

Interestingly, if you scrape the label off a Snap On drill press, the
one that looks just like the Chinese ones, you'll often times find the
Chinese label right under it.
