My vote is sore arms.
I've got both. I _rarely_ use the 7" grinder, just because its tiring to
do so.
You'll get more power from it, more grinding without changing the disc (I
expect anyway), etc. IMHO however, if you haven't had a problem with the
4.5" grinder, keep using it.
