Normally, it is a magnet that generates electricity as water passes thru
it. But in this case, since it used on the fuel line, it generates it's
own self contained electricity to spark the fuel! Since the fuel can
now supply it's own electricity (thanks to the remarkable new
hydrodynamic magnet), it makes a hotter spark the burns the fuel much
better giving more power, better economy, a cleaner environment, and it
helps to save the whales, trees, and tigers.

By the way, the secret patents for making the hydrodynamic magnets were
bought up many years ago by the evil oil companies in an effort to
prevent the manufacture of the 100 mile per gallon carburetor.
