I love my DeWalt. It's a 14.4V cordless drill/driver/hammer drill. It has
1/2" capacity. It has never given any problem in over 3 years. I bought
it refurbished from Harbor Freight. The sell factory refurbished units
with a 1 year warranty. I've been told that the only thing used about
these are the cases and chuck and the DeWalt installs all new motors in
them. I know mine looked like new except for the "R" stamped into the handle.

It came with a case, charger and two NEW batteries for $149. I checked a
Lowe's the next day. New price was $269. It has given great
service. Will do hundreds of deck screws on a charge (built a deck around
my pool)., drill holes in concrete and I have even used it to prime the oil
pump on my SBF race engines. That job will burn a regular 3/8 electric
drill out quickly.

Even if you don't want a refurbished unit, go with DeWalt anyway. Can't
beat them.

Later,

David Cole
