As one who has done this, there is a formula I discovered regarding required
garage dimensions, too late!
Take the calculated floor size, multiply by twice you age minus the number
of friends, relatives and children you have successfully eluded in your last
move to your new secret location, add 10% for the beer fridge and
powdercoating oven equals the new size. This should be at minimum twice what
you think you will need, because even that will be too small.
So help me God.
