Always an option, but has to be scheduled.  I live in a rural area.  There are
only a couple of abled bodied neighbors and collecting a handful at a convenient
time is difficult.

The other day, the minivan would not start and I wanted to check the electrical
systems.  There is a foot of snow on the ground and it was 20 degrees in the
sun.  Doing this in the garage would have been welcome.
