Just a word to the wise, the correct polys for suspension bushings are
molded not machined, so a lathe will be of little value for this use.
The only use it would see, is for facing off the ends of the bushings
that had been the top of the mold. When you pour the poly you can end up
with an uneven surface or a bushing that is a little too long and then
you face off the end in a lathe. You will need a special boss to mount
the bushing on, then you mount the boss in the lathe.  As for the lathe,
at $150 it is certainly worth it as long as it mostly works. Once you
have it you will find a billion things you can do with it. eventually
you'll wonder how you got along without one.
