Special wipeboard installation

OK, I've got a real weird question about that white "wipeboard" material
that you guys are using for garages.
I've never installed that stuff, what does it take to cut it?  Here is the
reason...
I live in NJ and work in NYC.  I'm going to be installing it at my office,
but I can't bring all my tools to the site.  Is the stuff like Sheetrock
where a good utility knife is all you need?  Or do I need a power saw?
I was planning on buying the materials in the city and taking the tools I
would need into the city with me on the PATH train.  However, I don't think
I could take a table saw, air compressor, nail gun and such with me! 8>)

Thanks for the help.

(Also, what kind of adhesive do you use on a plaster wall for that stuff?)
