Montgomery Ward PowrKraft tools were life-time warranted too.  After they 
discontinued the line, I broke one and brought it back to Wards.  They 
gave me a Thorson, which they were selling at that time.

Now Montgomery Ward does not sell tools.  So here is what the told me to 
do.  Go to Sears.  Yup.  Wards sends you to Sears.  Shades of "Miracle on 
34th Street"!  You are supposed to go to Sears, buy a comparable 
Craftsman tool, then bring the broken PowrKraft tool and the Sears 
receipt to Montgomery Ward for a full refund.  I have actually done this 
twice.  I have a bag full of broken PowrKraft sockets (bad day with a 
couple of Toyota MR2 cars) and an inop PowrKraft ratchet handle.  I'd 
better get on down to Sears...
