Rolls Royce Princess?

Has anyone heard of a model of R-R dubbed "Princess"?  There is one in the
local newspaper for sale advertised as a 1965 model.  I spoke with the owner
and he described it as a very limited production precurser to the series I
Shadow.  Model year is right for that but none of my R-R manuals say anything
about it.  He said the coachbuilder was Vanden Plas.

Any info would be appreciated.
