I'll try to remember to look at my trucks (both AD though) and measure and
take photos of the radio opening. Of course it probably will not help for a
task force . . .

I ran across a radio vendor that is interested in building a modern equivalent
of a radio for the GMC Task Force trucks. He already has a radio coming out
for the Task Force Chevys and Advance Design trucks. These are modern radios
that pure stock types wouldn't want, but they are useful for daily drivers and
those that want to connect to mp3 players as well as AM/FM.
He was asking me for dimensions and pictures on the GMC radio, dash opening,
and pictures of installed radios, but my 58 GMC is in storage awaiting
restoration about 250 miles away.
Can anyone here help me out with this information?
