[oletrucks] Paint Question

All, I've an off subject paint question. I have a Matco toolbox at work I
bought in '03. I have recently found a side cabinet for it that I couldn't
pass up. Only deal is; my box/hutch is orange and the "new" side cabinet is
yellow. These are powder coated.
  The question is; can you prep, prime, & paint over powder coat? I was
planning on wet sanding with 320, priming and painting the side cabinet with
match color.
