deluxe has a big control panel, with temp, defrost, inside/outside air
levers in addition to blower speed. The blower is in a separate box
from the heater core.
Standard heater has only fan speed on the dash, plus a lever on the
heater itself for defrost. 56 standard heater is the little round one
with a round heater core, with the motor in the center of it.
