Someone told me that the serial number on an engine told its size and other info. My 1948 fire truck has an engine serial number of FEA 45763. It is a six cylinder. Anybody have an idea of what that might mean? Tony Seideman oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
