[oletrucks] Turn signal help

Hey Ole-Truckers,
If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.  I'm trying to wire a turn
signal to my 50 AD. I have a clamp-on style signal with 4 wires coming
out:
 
Blue
Red
Yellow
Green
