...I happen to have what you need...these fit nicely over the stock hubs...

...less than 500 miles on 'em...
...here's what I have in them....

$125.00 Rims, ...Rallye, 6-lug, 15x7 I cleaned and painted them grey
  47.10 Chrome trim rings from Hubcap Express
  76.00 Les Schwab for mounting, balancing and chrome valve stems.
 271.10 Tirerack.com...BFGoodrich Radial T/A 2-255X70 (rear), 2-225x70
(front)
  80.00 Center caps (deep, they fit over stock front hubs)
  20.00 Bowtie decals on centers

Heya!
Question from the new guy.  Both front and rear on my 1950 3100 are stock
5-1/2 inch six lug wheels.  I'd like to throw some diffrent rims on the
truck, but how much leeway do I have on the stock hubs?
