[oletrucks] tough shifting

I let my '57 1/2 ton sit for about 3 month's without driving it.  Original with 
265 and 3-speed overdive.  Drove and shifted beautifully when I last drove it.  
Now it feels like I'm pushing the column shift lever through cement when going 
from gear to gear.  I put some lubricant on the shift linkage under 
hood.......no improvement!   Any ideas?   Thanks.   Rick
