Here in mid-Michigan, 16 years ago I used to work at Thompson Boats. They used plywood for floors and framing that was well over 8 ft. in length. Varying thickness, and "marine grade" to boot. Supposedly more resistant to water/moisture. Oh yeah, company is no more....as mentioned, look for boat repair facility or small boat manufacturer. My old shop would sell to public too. Ed in Mich.
