[oletrucks] Vendors

I am looking for a little advice on dealing with vendors. My truck has now
gone into a body shop and they are going to purchase patch panels. I will be
directly purchasing everything else, such a new box, rubber, wiring harness,
etc.

Has anyone tried to present a large order to multiple vendors to see who
will sell the cheapest? I am worried this may be dangerous as not all parts
are created equally.
