most engines later than 76 are what is called an "integeral head" that is,
the intake is part of the ehad casting and cannot be removed. some engines
slipped by as the last of production for the 76 and 77 years but overall the
split manifold ended for teh 250 in 75/76. so... if you can take your intake
manifold off-its a 74 and more desireable.
