One word of advice, Powder is flammable .. I wouldn't advise a Propane
heater :)

Also, I found touching up with powder didn't work, as it left dry
overspray around the area, in the end I might just paint my frame :(

Thanks for the link, I just went to their website and they show a
propane 
heater (they say its infrared?)  to heat the parts.  I didn't think of
using 
one of those... I have a single burner job (they show a 2, they also
have a
