www.NorthernTool.com (think this is the correct website address) sells
nut/bolt/washer sets like you want. I haven't bought these items, but
others (interior trim screws, springs, oring, and snap ring sets) were O.K.
for what I wanted them for. They also sell automotive wiring and solderless
terminal sets.
