The best stufff on the market is called Acrysol. If you can't find this,
choke cleaner works well too.

Trying to clean the underside of the AD's floor. Fair amount of really
tough road tar. Blaster doesn't remove this stuff very well. Short of
chiseling it off, is there some kind of chemical that will loosen/remove
this stuff?
