hi,
i have headers on my 350 in my '57 with the original steering box and
colume. however, i dont know where they came from as they were in the truck
when i bought it. but both the headers and the box/colume are unmodified and
the engine is set in the frame low and theresa bout 2 inches away from the
box, and the HEI is about 1.5--2 inches from the firewall.
