[oletrucks] What sizes?

Sorry to post this one, but please bare with me.  I just got a bunch of
orders for the list T's this morning and opened them at lunch.  I got one
from Rod Cook with no idea as to what size he wants.  Rod could you ping me
off list and tell me how many shirts and what sizes you need.
